UMIAQ has hired Karl Newyear (Chief Scientist) and Chelsea Stephens (Lab Manager) who will comprise the Science Team focused on laboratory issues through the summer research season. Their expertise will complement the Field Logistics Team which has been providing excellent support since January to NSF-funded researchers.
